Happymodel Super200 400 plus upgraded industrial servo motor for robot servo motor

Product Description:

HAPPYMODEL's new large industrial servo motor This servo motor has the same dimensions as Seiko servos, but is slightly lighter. Existing Seiko servo users can directly replace it, but we have improved the internal structure. The servo motor's control and drive circuit hardware uses currently mainstream components, resulting in faster calculation speed and smaller size. For position sensing, we use a non-contact Hall sensor (Seiko servos use rotary potentiometers), which offers higher resolution, no wear, longer lifespan, and greater reliability. We added heat sinks to the servo motor drive transistors, connecting the heat sinks to the servo's aluminum housing for better heat dissipation and increased reliability when the servo is stalled. The servo motor's drive and control software was developed in-house by our engineers over six months and incorporates a PI algorithm. The servo motor's neutral point will never shift under load or no load (Seiko servos have significant neutral point shifts under load and no load; users can test this themselves). Our mechanical components also differ from Seiko's; Seiko uses a copper and plastic composite gear structure. Reliability is low under low-temperature conditions. Our first-stage gear uses metal powder metallurgy gears, the second-stage gear uses steel-plastic composite gears for lower noise, and the third-stage gear uses powder metallurgy gears for good self-lubrication. The fourth and fifth-stage gears use steel rolled gears with surface carburizing and quenching, improving gear durability and impact resistance. The overall transmission structure is more rational than that of Seiko. Our servo output discs are interchangeable with Seiko's, but our tolerance design is more rational, and we use a proprietary assembly process to avoid the gaps that occur with Seiko servos after use. We have replaced servo discs for many Seiko users, receiving rave reviews. Regarding the long-standing complaint about the slow speed of Seiko servos, we have partnered with a professional motor factory for production, using high-temperature resistant enameled wire, imported brushes and commutators to improve the motor's overload resistance. Through numerous tests, we have optimized the motor's efficiency and speed for faster response.
